A row cover can help extend your gardening season up to four months.
Row covers are easy to build, basically you create a curved or square frame running the length of your garden bed. The material I use is PVC pipe which I bend using a jig.; You simply measure; your curved distance; from one side of the bed to the other.; Mine are 18 inches wide and I want the top of the covers to be 18 inches.; So you multiply 18 times three and add an additional 8 inches so the PVC pipe can extend 4 inches into the ground each side.;

Row covers 101
You can build a row cover for darn near any garden plot
Containers simply put a piece of wood in each corner and the center of both sides and drape clear plastic over it. Place a few rocks or bricks on each edge of the plastic and you just gained 5-15 degrees in the night cold.

- I have a small space in my backyard but I still do a lot of gardening esp. when I take in-between breaks from working on my main business, online business, a Disney Personal Checks site. This idea that you have shared here can be a big help for my darling plants and vegetation! thank you very much for sharing!
