Does God still Do Miracles Today?
According to the Bible, God never changes but what we learn about Him does. Since He is infinitely complex, it would be a little cheeky for anyone to assume that they know all there is to know about Him. Even so, there are still churches that teach healings passed away when the apostles died out.
Anyone with an evil medical report knows that we need miracles as much today as they did in the time of Jesus. Do you think He is still in the miracle business or was that something He only did back then? When I came across this film by Darren Wilson, it helped me to believe God for more. Does your faith need a boost? Why not take a break and check it out?
Weird Things in Church
Even Darren Wilson Thought It Was Strange!
Many people are uncomfortable when weird things happen in church. I came from a background where people sat in pews and pretty much watched what was happening and spoke when spoken to. It can seem disrespectful to hear people laughing out loud or dancing around in church. Nevertheless, as you will see from this movie, God doesn't seem to mind it at all.
You know, there is an old saying that a man with an experience will never be at the mercy of a man with an argument. I once attended a church where the Pastor didn't believe God healed today until his mother was supernaturally healed of a brain tumor. The people in these videos have obviously experienced something. If you are ready to admit that God often does things we don't understand but would like to see some things He is doing today, check out these film clips.

ASHER UPDATE: Asher is now one year old and doing fine. He still has problems with enlarged ureters and the doctors are keeping an eye on that kink in his aorta. He still can't swallow regular liquid. It has to be thickened, but he can eat food. He is walking and over all, he is doing super. Prayer works!
As you can tell from his parent's blog, life goes on but none of us are forgetting the miracle that this little boy is still with us. We are grateful that the doctors did what they could but the rest of it is out of their hands and they are taking a "wait and see" stance. We know that just gives God time to work in his little life.

Would you rather read history or make it?
Being raised Christian is not enough. The only way to join what God is doing today is to get to know Him first. That can be a scary proposition. We all know that we are less than perfect and God by His very definition can only be perfect. There is nothing we can do that will make us be like Him except to allow Him to make it happen. That's why He sent Jesus to us. We need to be remade into something that God can accept and Jesus is the one who can do it. Our part is simply to ask. That is what prayer is all about. It's simply talking to God. You don't need some special words or even 'thee' or 'thou'.
You don't need to be in a church service or some holy place. You just need to have a heart that is tired of trying to be good and ask Jesus to wash you clean and to help you know that God loves You.
Rom 10:9 Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.
Rom 10:10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation.
If you already have a relationship with Him, maybe you need to ask Him to draw you closer and expect more out of your Christian walk. Don't you want to see the Power of God? I don't want to miss anything He has for me.

- I believe in miracles! I grew up in a Lutheran school where we sat quietly or sang, but never danced. But I have gone to churches where they clap and dance and seem so happy and passionate about Jesus. I love seeing their passion and so much life.

- Having a personal one on one relationship with God is what Jesus was teaching he said 'know the truth and the truth will make you free' I have a duel going on check it out the question is ' Did Jesus question God at his 'end'?
