Boatswains Pipe or Boatswains Whistle
This replica boatswains pipe whistle is brand new and comes in a beautifully crafted wooden box with a brass anchor inlay. The whistle is attached to a chain and measures about 5" in length. A Boatswain's pipe is actually a whistle that is made of a tube, called a gun, that directs air over a small sphere, called a buoy, with a hole cut on top(keep in mind that the pitch is not fully adjustable on these). Authentic Models Sailor's Chest

With the passing of the age of sail came an end to an ancient custom - the use of a wooden chest to transport and keep the sailor's belongings. These chests represent an era and a breed of men long since gone, and if not for the interest of today's yachtsmen, they would be lost to posterity. Dovetailed pine wood, slanted sides, made to origianl specifications, culminating in two beckets - sea slang for handles of unbelievable detail. They are the apotheosis of knot-making. Inside the chest a small ditty box to hold sewing gear. Once this chest served as a sailor's dining chair, now it will serve as an extra seat or even as a coffee table.

15" Brass Porthole Mirror

Portholes are small windows used on the hull of the ship to allow for the flow of light and air. Historically, below-deck quarters have been dark and damp places. Portholes allow for crew and passengers to be protected from water and air in stormy weather, and allow them much needed fresh ocean air and views of the sea.

Crafted from high quality heavy brass, this beautiful porthole mirror features a fully functioning porthole with authentic looking rivets around the outside. It measures 15 inches in diameter. It is easily installed onto any wall, and will be a great addition to any home, office, or boat.

America's Cup Columbia 1901, Small, Dark Blue and Natural Hull
A highly detailed and well presented display model of the first successful two time defender (1899 and 1901) of the America's Cup, "Columbia". This model shows the Columbia with a dark blue hull stripe. It will arrive with the sails down, but rigged. You don't have to tie any knots, paint or glue anything. All you do is set up the mast, and then follow the directions step by step to hook the lines from the sails into the right hooks. It takes about 20 minutes. (From experience, we do recommend actually following the simple one-page instructions. People who say "I can figure this out" tend to end up with a few ropes in the wrong places.) It includes a wooden stand for tabletop or shelf display; wall-mount hooks are available separately.
