How Many Types of Monopoly Boardgames Are There?

I have fond memories of playing Monopoly growing up. My family and I would usually bring out the classic boardgame for special occasions, like Christmas, Easter, birthdays as well as public holidays. Those were the rare days that the whole family was home together and when I have a family of my own, I plan to keep up the tradition.

I don't really remember who won the games, I don't even know if we ever actually finished a game (monopoly can be a very long game!) but I do remember the laughs that we had and I do cherish those memories.

Recently I was walking through a local toy store and I was surprised at all the different varieties at Monopoly. At first I was actually peeved, all my memories of monopoly are held in the classic version, however then I started to think about it, I realised how great it is that all the different variations of monopoly allow the game to be more accessible to a new generation.

A quick search online and I found so many different varieties of monopoly. Here are some of my favourites. I think I might just become a monopoly collector!
