Hand-crafted Pottery from Morocco

Any visitor to Morocco will quickly notice the wealth of tile mosaics ("zellij") and large ceramic pots displayed on and around buildings. Shades of blue, red, yellow and green leap out from everywhere.

In the souks, intricately painted designs adorn large platters and traditional "tagines" (a form of tented ceramic cookware). Vases and candle holders add the finishing touch.

The bright colors and bold vibrant patterns of Moroccan pottery provide life to any home decor.

I love the Moroccan patterns and colors. They are so distinctive. I have some tiles from Malta - bought when on honeymoon many years ago.

Oh my goodness. BEAUTIFUL. I LOVE this style. I actually had a custome jewelry set made last year with the inspiration being Morocco and I have a wonderful coffee table book of photography from the country. If were wealthy, I would buy every. single. thing. on this lens. Not kidding. You are a lensmaster after my own heart!
