How much is it costing you to NOT be organized?

So maybe you're the guy or gal who is too busy, too important or too preoccupied to organize your office?
Can't be bothered filing those papers, or finding a smart place to put the paperwork once you're done with them?

Let me tell you...you can't afford to NOT be organized!
Time is money, and every minute you waaste looking for a file or stumbling over piles of paperwork, you are not generating revenue!

I'm going to share some tips with you...and if you take a moment to digest them they should pay you dividends very quickly!

The Products to keep you Organized!

Don't take organization lightly! Take a moment to figure out what your needs are, and then buy the best solution for that exact need.
File Pockets
Here is the most common solution to filing. But be careful when you purchase. If you want something non-tearable, you need Tyvek gussets. If your budget is very tight, you can get away with a paper gusset IF it's got a Tyvek strip along the top for support. Remember - if you buy TOO cheaply your pockets will fall apart...and you'll only have to buy more!
Envelopes and Wallets
No, not envelopes that you mail. These products have a flap that folds over a ties shut, so you can carry them about when needed. Again, determine your strength needs, and be sure that even your paper-gusset products have tyvek lining.
Case Guard - the polyvinyl solution
If you need someting even more durable than Tyvek, you want the Case Guard polyvinyl pockets and wallets. These last a lifetime and take any kind of beating you can throw at them!
Color Bands for handling and labeling
Once your files are on the shelf, how will you easily find them? More importantly, how will you pull the file OFF the shelf if it's lined end-to-end with files? Color Bands serve an imporant dual purpose: Not only do they provide a color-coded label for easy file recognition...but they are non-tearable so you can use them as pull-handles to easily remove a file from the shelf!
Intellectual Property/Patent Folders
Standard patent folders are 10" x 15" manila stock, tri-fold with a 1" expansion, bottom flap and come printed with a U.S. Patent Application on the outside left panel. Often, Customized folders also available at little or no upcharge, so don't hesitate to talk to your vendor about creating the system that works best for you, as opposed to what is considered 'standard'.
Pressboard filing folders
When durable, pronged folders are needed, these 25 pt. weight pronged pressboard folders provide durability and economy. Available in letter or legal size with a 1", 2" or 3" Tyvek® expansion, 1/3 or straight cut tabs. MANY options to support your specific needs!
