Great information. My daughter suffers from motion sickness. We've tried some of these, but I can't wait to pass on these other alternatives. Thank you so much for sharing.

I read somewhere that olives are good against motion sickness. It is awful, I often have to sit in the front of the car, staring out the window!

Oh yes!! Traveling by car is terrible - unless I am the one doing the driving. All of my friends are aware of my err... finely tuned senses... >.> Just wish I wasn't so stubborn as to not buy meds for it... lol Might give the bands a try, but then I feel so geeky... lol

Motion Sickness bands? I never heard this type of stuff before. However, I might want to get one of them and give it to my mom. She's suffering with car motion sickness, since she was a child. Hopefully, this might help her get the rid of from the motion sickness for good!

I liked your comprehensive lens. You offered many ways to help cure motion sickness. I didn't know it was so common.

Great lens. I used to suffer when I was younger. Now I'm fine. My mom started suffering from motion sickness when she was pregnant with me, and I think we both stopped suffering from it around the same time. Did you know Mythbusters did a show on motion sickness remedies? You should check it out.

And no matter what you do car sickness will still happen some times, so think of giving the CarSik Bib a try. It attaches like a bib and acts as a hands-free barf bag for children who are too young to hold their own barf bag and it catches and contains the throw up with or without the child's cooperation. http://CarSikBib.com

What a great topic! I learned a lot from your lens I can't believe only 30 percent of people suffer from motion sickness. I would have sworn it was more. You learn something new everyday. Great lens with a thumbs up!

Out here in Maui they hand out the ginger candy on the boats. It's apparently one of the best natural remedies. Great read! A++

This was incredibly informative. I didn't have a clue that so many motion sickness aids were available. Motionsickness bands??? So neat! I myself do not suffer from motion sickness but If I ever started to for some reason, I have this page bookmarked lol Great article! keep up the good work!

Never realized that there were so many different medicines for motion sickness. As a kid, I used to get sick riding in the backseat. Mother used to carry saltine crackers that seemed to help. Five!
