Varied diet trumps all, but a daily multi vitamin could help a lot of people

I like the lens. It's a different way to look at mineral supplements; my company is more concentrated on helping people with their mineral deficiencies.

Most debated issues? don't think so... everybody in a sport/fitness industry know about importance of the vitamins and minerals! especially if you utilize them more than average non-working out people. What is the biggest issue in my opinion is the quality of the supplements and proper dosage

Anna, since the purpose of my lenses is to merely provide a sample of the information that's found within the bodybuilding & fat-loss programs that I promote directly within each lens, what benefit would it be to give out both programs most critical information?

This is an excellent lens! I especially agree with your comment regarding "vitamins are needed to fuel the thousands of chemical reactions going on within your body at all times. Not only does this play an important role in overall metabolism and body health, but it also plays a vital part in the muscle-building process."

Many Americans suffer from vitamin deficiency and are not receiving all the necessary nutrition from the foods we eat.

I recently crossed paths with the world's first and only nano-encapsulated multi-vitamin, mineral and herbal supplement. This has really helped me and my friends and family to experience significant improvement in our overall health from proper nutrition.

I take the systemic enzymes called Vitalzym that helps me recover and bounce back. They eat up excess fibrosis in the body, including scar tissue, excess fibrin in the blood, thereby cleansing it, and decreases inflammation. They are a great help to me, especially for strength training. They also helped rid me of fibromyalgia, and now I can actually work out. Nothing short of amazing. Those are on my products page here.

Great Lens. Flax seed is also a good fitness supplement because of the benefits of Omega 3 and dietary fiber.

I forgot to add, you missed Folic Acid! Truly great stuff to increase blood circulation (in doses of 5mg it eventually produces a nice side-effect for any male in an intimate relationship).
