Not Seeing Results with Your Current Muscle Building Program? 

Have you noticed that there are 2 main groups of people in the gym when it comes to bodybuilding workouts and their choice of muscle building program?

There is the muscle bound group of people that train hard, do a variety of bodybuilding routines, and just seem to pack on muscle so easily.

The other group is the one that simply turns up at the gym and repeats the same workout they've been doing for years. They look exactly the same as they did this time last year.

You will often hear the second group complaining that they were unlucky in life and they weren't blessed with the genetics of the muscle bound group, so no matter what they do they can't pile on the muscle.

Only once I'd completely re-planned my muscle building programs did I start to see fast gains in muscle and strength.

With the right muscle building program, a few years later and I reached 195 lbs with a low body fat percentage.

If you are doing the following in your muscle building programs then you are seriously slowing down your potential muscle gains:

- Spending several hours doing each bodybuilding workout - you are training way too long.
- Doing the same muscle building programs over and over - no variations.
- You are not pushing yourself enough during each workout and simply going through the motions.
- You are following a diet that does not give your body the nutrients it needs for muscle growth.

Stop your current muscle building program if it isn't working, but don't worry you easily adjust and look forward to taking a brand new approach to how to train.

You need to follow a bodybuilding program that is customized for you and your muscle building goals. Just because a pro bodybuilder publishes his workout plan in a magazine, it doesn't mean it will work for you.
