Muscle Building Diet Guidelines 

A crucial part of muscle building is to follow a muscle building diet. Without the right diet, you won't be able to gain the maximum amount of muscle in the minimum time frame.

Here are some basic muscle building diet guidelines:

  1. Eat more than you burn - In order to gain muscle tissue, you need to create a caloric surplus. That means that you eat more than you burn.

  2. Proportion your macronutrients - Your caloric surplus needs to be proportioned in the right way:

    • protein - 20-50%

    • Carbs - 30-60%

    • Fats - 20-30%



  3. Break down your meals - If you try to eat all your calories in 3 meals, you will not gain a lot of muscle mass. Breaking down your calorie intake in 6 meals each day will help your body to make the most of what you eat



Remember, these are just basic guidelines.

Whey Protein on Amazon 

One of the most nutrients in a muscle building diet is protein.

An excellent source of pure protein in whey protein. You can get it at a local sports store, but what better and cheaper way to get it than on Amazon.

A Note On Supplements 

The muscle building market is filled with supplements which promise you the world and deliver on very little.

There are excellent supplements, but they are a minority. What these 2 muscle building programs do is save you a great deal of money by telling you exactly what works and what doesn't and also by teaching you how to get natural results, meaning that you'll do so with little or no nutritional supplements.

Personal Note 

Building muscles is a difficult thing to accomplish, I know. What upsets me is that many people fail to develop the kind of body that they want because they lack the necessary know-how. The two programs I reviewed fill in that gap and actually save you a lot of time and money, getting you excellent results.

To tell you the truth, it's difficult to pick which one of the 2 programs is better. I suggest that you read the websites of both of them carefully and choose the one which seems to fit your style:
