    What a beautiful lens. Meditation nourishes my soul but also reading spiritual books. You have poetry that touches or expresses the soul.

    Awesome lens!! Loved it! What nourishes me, as Soul? A beautiful sunrise...a baby's laugh..a hug...a good book on spirituality...a walk in the forest...working in my garden...my daily spiritual exercises..being at the beach...camping in the mountains...love...watching a child play...my dog..writing..singing a song...remembering who I am as Soul...spending time with a good friend.
