My Goal Has Always Been to Be Healthy And A Normal Size

Here's a little information on what makes me - me.

I am very interested in all things Wellness. I was raised by my parents to have a love of wellness, and have lived that way for the majority of my life.

What I didn't have for the majority of my life, was a slim svelte figure. I wanted the full package. I hated looking as wide as I was tall, and I am not very tall.

There are different genetic types of us humans. Some are fairly tall and willowy, some are average, and some of us are shorter than average for those in our families-with the genetics to constantly put on excess fat. Those are genetics my friend, part of our DNA structure, and we are unable to change our DNA.

Even though we are unable to change it, it doesn't mean we are unable to become the best we can be. We can. I work on that all the time. I cannot attain a certain size and lock it in and store it. -No-- I must continually do what is good for my own genetics to keep to a normal size of clothing.

With that being said, genetics are set, but we can work on the expression of our own genetics (genes) by our lifestyle.

Genes just happen to be a fascinating study, and we can do plenty in helping our own selves.

The correct program for your genetic type involves going back to basics, and eating healthy enough to ensure that we bring the sugar down so that our body is not overwhelmed by it.

Sugar causes a multitude of problems, and is everywhere in our Standard American Diet of highly processed foods and just plain sweet desserts.

Learn What to do About that Excess Weight or Fat

No this is not just a Cosmetic Problem-it Affects our Entire Life and Health

I am a Certified Diet Wellness Coach who researched and found out about this because (1) I wanted it for myself- and (2) I felt like I was on a mission, and I wanted it for you-too. I think I can truthfully say I wanted to learn this with every fiber in me.

On this Video I say I have lost 50 inches of fat.

In class I never weigh someone, or put them on the spot by asking their weight.

How do we know our results? We measure. Then every week everyone tells how many inches they have lost.
