Truth About The My Online Income System - Can It Be Considered A Scam?

Hi, my name is Vinny and I have had a rather unpleasant experience using the My Online Income System.

After searching the web one day I can across the MOIS website and my eye caught a very interesting statement that related to myself. That statement was

"After Racking Up Thousands of Dollars In Debt On Overpriced Business Opportunity Scams, A Struggling Single Mother Exposes The Truth - And Reveals The Secret To Making Money From Home...Even In Tough Economic Times"

A few minutes later and $47.00 poorer I had the MOIS program. At first I was overwhelemed. So much to read and a little bit confused - not knowing what was going to happen real soon that made the My Online Income System a scam in my eyes.

Soon enough my phone started ringing non stop; these guys presented themselves as Kimberly Hoffmans team and they kept on trying to sell different money making packages at $750 and as high as $10,000... apparently NOW I had to buy one of these if I wanted to make money. They called it "investing" into my business, but when I asked for a guarantee that their methods would work I was quickly shot down.

This was a quick sign that something was wrong....something bad was wrong. The program I followed that I received for my $47.00 was pretty basic stuff. So basic that you can find this information online for free.

Then one day I receive, yet again, another call from a guy representing the MOIS program. He asked how I was doing and if I needed help. I insisted that I needed NO HELP but his persistence was relentless.

It was then I discovered there was more people like myself. Being harassed to buy more then the original program. That is when a friend I met in the My Online Income System forum told me about Wealthy Affiliate University and that was the day everything changed.

Think about how you got here...How did you find this lens?

You probably wanted to know more information about the MOIS program, right? You opened up Yahoo or Google (Maybe Bing or MSN) and typed into the search bar "My Online Income System" or "My Online Income System Scam" and you got a page of top results. You spotted this lens and clicked on it?

This is what I have learned that is one of the main factors in Internet Marketing or having a home income business using the internet and your home computer. This is something that I learned at Wealthy Affiliate and not with the MOIS program. Now if the MOIS program was as good as it claims to be - then why is this lens outranking the My Online Income System website? Would you not think if they knew how to help you that their website would be in first position for the related search phrase?

It is very clear that Kimberly Hoffmans program is not even capable of teaching, nor following, very simple ways to get ranked in top search engine results. Which makes the question - "What do they really know?" a tough one to answer.

If the MOIS program can't get to first spot in Google - do you really think that they are going to help you with your online business and success?

It is hard to believe that people are falling for the foolish sales pitches of the MOIS call center reps. Thankfully you have found this lens and hopefully have not forked over cash that you won't get back.

Here is my take as to why this product only costs $47.00. First, it is cheap for most people to afford. However, when you buy it you hand over your phone number in which you can be contacted. This is when you start to get the phone calls. The calls for you to buy the "One-on-One Coaching" which is suppose to help you be successful.

If the "One-on-One Coaching" works, then why sell a program that is a waste of time and money? That is because this product mirrors the actions of a typical scam. Give you something for free or cheap, promise big rewards and then ask you for even more money. Do you agree?

Here is a list of problems that the My Online Income System has..

1) Making money is possible - but you don't need to pay $1000's to learn how to do it

2) The annoying phone calls - why try to sell more when the original product is suppose to work? This is where they make their BIG money

3) Access to 55 digital products for you to sell? - they offer a free website and hosting but the products you are selling belong or are associated to the MOIS program. You can sell anything and not be limited. You can join Amazon, Clickbank, Commission Junction, Market Health affiliate programs and earn money. There are millions of things you can promote.

4) Free Call from A Success Advisor - This is where they determine if you qualify for the "One-on-One" Coaching program. You will be asked many personal financial questions so be aware.

....You can make an income online and it can happen. Do yourself a big favor (and avoid many headaches) and avoid the My Online Income System.

There are going to be many people who will tell you that the MOIS program worked for them. For some this is true. For others, they are just trying to sell you a product which they have never used. This is the down side to Internet Marketing. People will claim a product is good, but have never used it.

Since I have used both the MOIS program and being a member at Wealthy Affiliate University, the information you get is all first hand.

A scam is when you pay for something and don't get what you are promised or you are made to believe something that does not happen. That is why MOIS is a scam. Big promise, little return.

Disclaimer: You can make money online and have an income stream but only if you work hard at it. With the right know-how you can start to earn $1000, $2000 and even more each month. But it requires hard work and time. If you think that the internet is a get-rich-quickly machine then please leave this page now. Any product that claims otherwise is a scam. Plain and simple

The MOIS has around 6000-7000 members in its forum. At Wealthy Affiliate there are over 30,000 active members.

The MOIS program offers basic information for a reasonable price tag. At Wealthy Affiliate the cost is $30/month and you don't have to pay ridiculous prices like $750 - $10,000 for "One-on-One Coaching"....that is free at WA.

It is very possible to make money online but you need to add effort, time and patience to the mix. If you can get rid of the get-rick-quick mentality then you will be very successful. If get-rick-quick schemes worked, then everyone would be. But you know this is not the case.

Wealthy Affiliate provides the help, support, ample tools and programs to get you earning money online. The support and information you get at WA is worth thousands of dollars. Information that the MOIS program seems to lack.
