It Worked For Me And For Two Years My Scale Would Not Budge.

Before my Hysterectomy,I ate what I wanted, when I wanted and I ran five miles a day. I was constantly on a low carb diet. So naturally I figured maintaining my weight after my hysterectomy would not be a problem.

Since my hysterectomy (2 years ago) I gained 25 lbs and have not been able to make the scale budge. I tried eating like a bird (this is everyone's answer) and only got up to running 2 miles a day, still the scale did not budge.So when I discovered my solution to weight gain, I knew I had to share it with women who were searching for the answers to the same problem.
