Step 2-Get into a group........

I had a look around the forum (After registering) and find I need a Group-AAARRRGGHHH!!
Applied to join one, I think Is right for me-There is a user with the name Bilbobaggins in it, I shall try to join this one as there does not seem to be many applicants yet.

Lucked out!!

Loads of stuff to do, I got on the blog and have to get my tools-all free-horrahh!! The team I applied to join has 8 members, about 3 too many, I have Applied to join another team and am waiting to see what happens there, In the meantime, I have homework to do as this is the "Pre season" preparation period and I have to get everything I need to do the challenge (Still not sure what all this is about!!)

Had a look at the video's for the 30 day challenge on Youtube, they are awesome-I do not even know how to use a camcorder, never mind produce something as professional as these-I feel so inadequate-Sob!

Just waiting for the servers to go live now with day 7 training, I now have skype-but not sure how to use it!! I can work it out........

Now it's the weekend, I am given permission to continue looking for appropriate niches and test them out with google, Am going to get out of the house-Going stir crazy!!

Day 12 and I am getting into this, Another report to read, but all good stuff that will help me with my traffic.
More training to come, I hope Dan Raine did not drown on his canoeing weekend and he is back and ready to rock!!

Day 13...

ARGHHH More research to do-got to get busy, I have to do 3 articles for each of my 2 niches.

Day 14 Got distracted...

I have to admit, I have not done my articles yet, I have to apply myself-now!!

Hoorahh, got my first 3 articles for my first 2 niches done, All I have to do now is find out what to do with them!!

Blogs!!!

I have to start 2 blogs now to test my niches and see if I can get them listed with google for my Search Phrases-Hi Hoooo!!

This stuff is magic!!!

This stuff is brilliant, I got my first phrase listed at number 29 already (within 12 hrs) and I have not paid a penny for ppc fees-I am off now to set up my 2nd phrases test-Dan Raine's pretty pink thong!!

2nd Phrase.........

My 2nd Phrase got exact phrase listed with google at no. 3 in 18 hours and not a penny spent (apart from electricity costs)
I now have my thirty day challenge blog set up and I have added the coolest video in the world!!!!
Day 17 well and truly licked..
No Cash yet so What's next?

Thirty Day Challenge - Be Responsible - Day 19 1 point

Tumblr Slapped me............

I got slapped by Tumblr-I still don't know why, (They have not answered my emails yet, so I have left them a comment on their blog) my content was good, I am not a spammer, I can only assume that they were overwhelmed by the number of new users and assumed that all the 30dc new blogs were spam and they suspended them all without reading any of them.
Never mind, their loss!!
I shall have to start all over again with another blog platform

Up and running again!!

I now have my blogs (all 3 of them) up and running again, I am now in the process of socialising them and waiting to see how long it takes for google to get them listed-shall post this with the timing when it happens.

Google listed!!

My First blog has been listed by google at no. 36 (Hardly surprising since it is about Squidoo)
My second has been listed at no. 3-Hoorahh-Result within 48 hrs & still no wongah spent.
I need to make some tweeks and some money.

Tracking?

I have added tracking to my blogs to see if anything is clicking through-seems not, my content must be pants!!
I shall have to do some tweaking-whatever that means-Later!!

No Traffic..........

I have a half way decent ranking, but no traffic yet, I have had to up the ante and start again, I have just set up another blog Wait and see time!!

I don't know what has happened here, My exact phrase for potty training is relaxing at no. 56 and my general phrase is muscling up at no. 16-something is not right? I need to re-visit this blog and add some more content!!

New Text / Write module

Finally, with 2 days to go on the Thirty day challenge, I have a blog at Google no. 5 for exact phrase and no. 2 for general phrase, I also have a trickle of traffic coming through (17 since I put it up) So I have to wait and see now if I can make the $10.00 in the next few days, I am going to concentrate on this last blog and set up some clustering to help it out-I feel a panic attack coming on!!

Guess what------
I made my first sale in 3 days (Remember I only put my new "start again" blog about potty training, up on monday 25th August 2007) I never knew people would be so interested in the antics of my youngest daughter.
I only got 4 click throughs, so a sale already on 29th August 2007 is an incredible achievement.
I have completed the 30 day challenge (I.E. made my first $10.00) in 29 days.
This stuff really works it did not cost me a bean and I thoroughly recommend you try it!!

Hoorahh-Got another sale with a different niche,
$11.06 it's all downhill from now on!!
I will report more as it happens but today is the last day of the official 30 day challenge.
