Well, since I live in NH, that's a tough one! Indoor activities for me are hanging 'round the fire, reading, talking, etc. :)

I keep trying to convince Cranmore Mgmt in North Conway NH that an Indoor Mini-Golf course, done really well, would pack people in on sunny days too.

Kaleidoscope Children's Museum! 250 Commercial Street in back by the river, Manchester NH. Awesome kids place - they allow you to bring in your own food! (peanut free, but hardly anyone allows this anymore) and you can leave and return later. Designed for walking through age 6. Check them out - we spend entire days there. Seems small when you first arrive, but kids never want to leave and its big enough to entertain for hours and small enough to keep an eye on the kids while you relax> www.nhchildrensmuseum.net

I lived in NH for over 30 years, and now just summer there. You haven't mentioned the Children's Museum which is now in Dover, and Chuck E Cheese in Newington. The Dover Museum has a big stuffed animal collection, and a whole building (The Hale House) devoted to the Civil War (Lucy Hale was engaged to John Wilkes Booth). I like wandering thru malls and bookstores, or staying home reading or painting watercolors.
