If changes need to be made to beneficiaries, a form can be printed and mailed to the company. Members who have signed up for additional benefit programs can opt to have their premiums taken out of their bank account. Or a premium notice can be sent via E-mail so they can pay their bill online. Members can also obtain claim forms on the website.
