Benefit coverage never ends-whether on or off the clock, members are covered 24/7. National Income Life also gives the spouses and children of union members an Accidental Death benefit.

National Income Life gives union members this cost-free coverage, only asking in return for the opportunity to introduce the members to permanent benefit programs. Members are contacted directly through the mail regarding individualized benefits. Only members and retirees who respond by mailing postage-paid cards are further contacted about supplemental benefits.

National Income Life wants to have a lasting relationship with union members. They always strive to start new benefits in the union market. When these benefits become available, the company will contact union representatives to discuss if the new benefits are a good fit for their members and retirees.

Members are able to access their personal information on National Income Life's website. Changes to their name, address, and miscellaneous information can be done online. If changes need to be made to beneficiaries, a form can be printed and mailed to the company. Members who have signed up for additional benefit programs can opt to have their premiums taken out of their bank account. Or a premium notice can be sent via E-mail so they can pay their bill online. Members can also obtain claim forms on the website.

A free Child Safe Kit is given to union members by National Income Life in hopes of preventing their children from being one of the 800,000 children who become missing each year.
