This is an exhibit the my girls really enjoyed. You get to experience life through 5 families. The families take you from the year 1757 until the year 1945. You get to see how they lived and how they helped to mold the United States that we now know today. It is really worth visiting.

Yes and It was an amazing experience.

Sibelius says:

I've been there - loved the presidents and history of American wars exhibits the best.

Evelyn_Saenz says:

This summer we stopped by the National Museum on our way back from Vermont. We hadn't been there in years and were looking forward to seeing the First Lady's Exhibit. It was even more interesting than before. I hadn't realized that First Ladies were not necessarily the wives of the presidents. Sometimes they were sisters or even just friends.

ArtByLinda says:

In California when I was a child, really would love to go back...or better yet, see those in Washington DC!

First Peoples distinctive approach to American Indian history has earned praise and admiration from its users. Created to fill the significant need for a survey text that acknowledges the diversity of Native peoples, respected scholar Colin G. Calloway provides a solid course foundation that still allows instructors to emphasize selected topics of interest to them and their students. The signature format of First Peoples strikes the ideal balance between primary and secondary source material, combining narrative, written documents, and visual documents in each chapter. ~Amazon
