Win/Win Exercise Plan - instead of going to the gym and running on a tread mill for an hour, volunteer to referee a kids sports game, or run along the street and pick up bottles or cans you see along your way (then recycle). Instead of building upper body strength on a weight machine, volunteer to rake leaves at the local cemetery, or shovel snow for people in your neighborhood who can't. Be creative and get your exercise in while accomplishing something for your community.
