Martin Luther King Day has become even better and more important. This year, and for the years to come, it's a national day of service (but open to people from any country.)

This page is a place for you to brainstorm ideas of how you can create high leverage moments of service, not just for one day a year, but every day.

Win/Win Exercise Plan - instead of going to the gym and running on a tread mill for an hour, volunteer to referee a kids sports game, or run along the street and pick up bottles or cans you see along your way (then recycle). Instead of building upper body strength on a weight machine, volunteer to rake leaves at the local cemetery, or shovel snow for people in your neighborhood who can't. Be creative and get your exercise in while accomplishing something for your community.
