March is National Peanut Month. It is a celebration that takes place to recognize America's love for the Peanut. Whether as a ballpark roasted snack, in salad or peanut butter sandwich, you can find peanuts in all kinds of recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

National Peanut Month began as National Peanut Week in 1941 and then in 1974 became the month-long celebration that we enjoy today.
