- Insomnia are sometimes a side effect of certain drugs. Although not as serious as some other side effects, insomnia could still be disruptive. Insomnia is just one of the many negative side effects that is associated with drug medications. There are so many drugs out in the market now which could have devastating side effects. Medical interventions such as surgeries could also not be trusted as they also sometimes fail and mean more problems for the patient. An example is the hip replacement recall.

- Hi there boboy,
A while ago I was suffering from panic attacks and anxiety issues, and sleeping was very difficult for me, also.
I never tried listening to any kind of audio to put me to sleep so I can't attest to how well they may work, so I was wondering how well they worked for you?
What really worked wonders for my sleeping problem was doing some daily exercise (cycling) and also going to bed earlier. You can read more about my story on my Lens for coping with anxiety.
