First of all, let's get one myth debunked and out of the way right now:

You cannot lose weight naturally without working hard!

You will have to work HARD to lose weight naturally.

There are some crazy and stupid ways to lose weight quickly, but those methods can cause some serious damage to your health in general. If you want to adopt some techniques to help you get rid of your unwanted extra fat naturally, this is the lens for you!

This lens will focus on helping you to lose weight naturally by providing some healthy dieting tips and some great methods to help you workout your core - which is essential to your weight loss.

Work Out Your Core!

Weight loss takes hard work! Learn how to attack your core muscles!

Learning how to work your core properly is essential to your natural weight loss strategies! Many people today are searching for ways to reduce stomach fat - these people exercise like crazy, but they do know where to target their exercises.

Mastermoves is an awesome CORE WORKOUT!

The most general definition of your core is your body minus your arms and legs. The major muscles of your core reside in the stomach area and mid and lower back muscles. The peripheral core muscles include the hips, the shoulders and your neck. Your 'core strength' refers to the high importance of the groups of muscles in your abs and back.

Some of the best exercises to work out your core include:

- Ball exercises
- Yoga
- Swimming
- Mastermoves Core Training

I highly recommend the Mastermoves program. Swimming and yoga are awesome, but the Mastermoves program really targets the core muscles and the entire program is geared towards core muscle success.

The Mastermoves Core Training Program

Want to lose weight naturally? This can really help!

Mastermoves is an amazing low impact and highly effective core workout. The Mastermoves Core Training Program targets the back and oblique muscles, as well as the entire abdonminal area.

The Mastermoves Core Training Program specifically targets the best muscles to strengthen your core. For your body to be able to perform quick and powerful movements in sports or general day to day fitness, you need your core to be as strong as possible. Mastermoves can really help you to develop your torso and abdominal muscles.

The twisting exercise done with the Mastermoves Disk provides a unique workout that stimulates muscles that are generally hard to tone. The disk forces your body to work out as a solid unit, resulting in numerous muscles working together at the same time. Ever notice how Salsa dancers have incredibly toned bodies? That is because of the constant twisting motion that occurs when dancing your heart out. Mastermoves emulates that twisting to promote complete stability and core stabilization.

3 More Natural Weight Loss Tips

Some simple and effect techniques!

1. Change your meatbolism! Everyone needs to alter the way they eat in order to lose weight naturally. Your metabolism is like an internal clock powered by the food you eat - if you can learn to regulate it more effectively, then you can shed some unwanted pounds slowly but surely. Start eating 5-6 small to mid sized meals a day instead of the usual 3 big meals. This is a good way to help your metabolism learn to lose weight.

2. Exercise! You don't need to start fast! Pace yourself, and simply walk 20-30 minutes a day to get started. When you feel confident, give jogging a try. Or run for 30 seconds, then walk for 1 minute, and repeat until you feel good.

3. Count your calories! Figure out how many calories you should be consuming a day and then make a plan with your caloric intake. Track your calories for 2 weeks in a notepad and then find ways to trim the crap out of your diet. Learn as much as you can about the healthy foods to eat!
