Why I like Netflix
Well, since I signed up with Netflix, I don't give to the late fee charity anymore. I signed up for the two week trial where I can have 3 DVDs out at a time, and never looked back. My wife and I then decided to switch to the two out at a time plan, because we didn't have time to watch that many movies. That also took our monthly rate from $16.99 to $13.99. Even if you are really strapped for time and cash, you can get the one DVD out at a time plan (two a month) for $4.99 a month.
There is no reason not to at least try netflix!
The monthly service charges are great (about the price of a DVD from Walmart), and I don't have to worry about making the six mile roundtrip just to return a movie. (Especially with these gas prices latley!!)
After I place a movie in the mailbox for return, I usually receive the new one within two to three days. Netflix has warehouses all across the US, so delivery time is drastically reduced.
All in all, I tell everyone I know to sign up. I love Netflix, and even when I adjust the budget I make sure that there is room for Netflix. The service is exceptional, and it is a valuable source of entertainment.

Movie Selection
Uhh, movie selection
You can search for movies by actor, movie title or director. Or browse through hundreds of categories. They also offer recommendations based on your movie ratings.
Blu-ray
About Netflixs' Blu-ray selection
Currently they carry just over 1000 Blu-ray titles. Every new movie that comes out as Blu-ray seems to get added, and all of the retro fit movies, as they get produced.
As for me, I've patiently been waiting for 'The Matrix'.
Customer Service
My Experiences with Netflix
There were two instances in which I mailed the movies back, and a few days had gone by with no new DVDs in my mailbox. I went online and filled out the form, and received the DVD's the very next day in both cases. The culprit happened to be the the United States Postal Service . .
