Getting traffic and feeding your lead generation funnel starts with either paying for it (probably not an option for somebody on a budget), or offering the search engines relevant, focused content.

Much like you have to offer your prospects a solution that they're looking for, you have to offer Google and the other search engines real relevant content.

Replicated websites, like your company provides, don't do this, because search engines (for the most part) will not index them.

So you're left in a quandary: should you pay for advertising, build a website, submit press releases, or write articles in attempt to get traffic?

Does the prospect of writing and publishing your work online make you a little sick to your stomach?

At this stage of your business you need to find out exactly what tactic is going to give you the most bang for your buck.
