Another good place to hone your new writing skills is a blog like wordpress.com or blogger.com (these are just examples of blogs) you can find many different blog providers by just entering blog or blogs in your search engine. Lastly writing original content helps to brand you on the internet (helps you to become known). People all over are looking for fresh content. Whether to have them visit your sites, blogs etc. More clicks mean higher SEO rankings which translates to being higher in search engines which gives you more exposure.
