So have you ever figure out how many people it takes in your business to make your desired income goal?

If you do not, don't worry you are not alone. This is true residual income I am talking about not your fast start bonuses or one time bonuses I am talking about that you make every single month.

I like to use $10,000 a month just because it is easy math and most people I talk to that is what they are looking to make. So if you want to make $10,000 a month, you need to know in this company are you making $2, $3 a person, how much??

This is generic so I will just use letter for the company names instead of the real names.

So, I will start with a really easy one, we will call it Company WWW and in this company you make a big $1 per person. So what you need to do is divide $10,000 by $1. This is easy, yes it is 10,000 people you need to make that income of $10,000 a month.

Now, we are on to Company XXX so in this company with the comp plan you cap out at $2.65 a person. Once again divide $10,000 by $2.65 and you need 3,770 people to make $10,000 a month.

Company YYY, is a 5 x 7 Matrix, which you would have listened to in the audio. You make more money so you make $3.57 per person so with this company you only need 2,800 to make your $10,000 per month.

In Company ZZZ you only need 400 people per month to make your desired income of $10,000 a month. This is $10,000 divided by $25 a person.

Well ,as you can see there are a variety of companies with different Compensation Plans so there are different numbers for each.

What you need to do is first figure out your desired income, so divide it by the amount you make per person and there you have how many people it will take you to make your desired income.

So, what you need to do is think long and hard "How attainable is it?" "Can I get 10,000 people or even 2,800 people?"

The next thing is to understand why each company is different and WHY! It has to do with the Business Models of each company.
