efleaa, The NEW Old eBay

OK, unless you have been living under a rock for the last 20 years you have at least heard of eBay. I am not here to talk bad about a site that has been so good to so many for so long. The fact of the matter is that eBay has made a lot of people very wealthy. If you are one of the wealthy ebayers then this Lens is not for you. This Lens is for all the thousands of little guys that eBay has outgrown. You know who you are and what I am talking about. The single Mom, retired couple or young family just trying to sell a few things to make ends meet.

You are still reading so you are one of the little guys just like me. If you only buy on eBay then the changes made do not seem to affect you much. With fees to list, fees to sell, the final value fees not to mention the enforced shipping charges the seller must raise starting bids and buy it now to make up the difference and still make a profit. If eBay wants to be the worlds largest online mall I say good luck. But for me, if I want to buy or sell in a mall and pay those sky high prices I will.

I said I wouldn't bash eBay so I won't. What I will do is tell you about the new efleaa site. I have talked with the owner several times and he has a vision of what his site will grow into. If you remember the eBay of the 90's then you know what this site is trying to do, get back to the basics where the buyers and sellers are in control. Another added feature that eBay doesn't have is what efleaa calls the Barter Box. It is a real time chat box that you can open to talk with the seller any time they are online. No more sending and waiting on emails to get answers to your questions. It's online and in real time. Plans are already in the works to do some TV ads in the near future. The traffic to the site is increasing daily. The viewing time per page spent by buyers is greater on efleaa then Ebays posted viewing times per page.
