The allure of Secaucus has traditionally been its proximity to Manhattan. Plenty of affordable, high quality hotels and accommodations are springing up in Secaucus since word has gotten out to tourists that they can find cheaper lodging just across the bridge from Manhattan and still be close by. Apartments and condos are popping up as well, and are becoming a popular choice for people who are wanting to get away from the noise of downtown New York in favor of a more quiet residential area.
