A workout for your full body
I recommend you check with your doctor 1st to insure you are healthy enough to exercise. Take it slow - take baby steps.Monday-Friday. Start with 25 step ups on a step with each leg do this, then turn to the side and step 25 times and pull the other leg up as high as you can, then the other leg. When this gets too easy, do 50. When that gets too easy add weights until you work to 50 reps with weights. Then it is time to get a higher step.(4 times a day)
Lay on your bed with your legs hanging lift your legs 25 times slowly, then do scissors 25 times (4 times a day)
Do 25 push ups if you do not have an exercise ball or you cannot do them on the floor. Position yourself about a foot from your counter top do 4 times a day work up to 50. Then add weights
Do 25 squat (4 times a day) a good way to do them is to get next to a chair and do like you are going to sit down but stand up right before your butt touches the chair. Work up to 50 them add weights.
Stand at the edge of your step with the soles of your feet hanging down, come up on the balls of your feet hold then slowly come down. This will work you calf, again start with 25 work up to 50 (4 times a day)
After each session you must stretch each muscle group or you may be too sore or even worse hurt yourself and you'll have to wait to heal. We want you to be fit and in good condition by 2010
Try to walk for about 30 minutes 4 times a week. I hate walking (too slow for me) I ride my bike.
