Monthly updates for each of my online stores

I'm constantly adding new designs to my Cafepress, Zazzle, Spreadshirt (alternate), Mysoti, and Prinfection stores. If you're not familiar with these sites, they're all print on demand sites. I create designs for t-shirts and other products, upload them, place them on the appropriate items, and offer them for sale. Products are produced and shipped by the company. There is no inventory, but since they're usually made one or two at a time they tend to be more expensive than similar mass produced items. I retain the rights to my designs and can use them in as many stores as I like. This is good, since they all tend to have slightly different selections of items to work with and price ranges.

Until my designs get enough votes to show up as toys I'll also post models that I've put up on Shapeways. They're a 3D printing company and recreate computer graphics one layer at a time as real objects. Many of the materials they use aren't strong enough to be played with, but they've got a gold plated stainless steel that should make great jewelry, so that's mainly what I've been focusing on. If you're a Maya user who'd like to design for Shapeways, then I've got a tutorial you may find useful.

Most of my designs are still only on Cafepress. I'm moving older designs into the new stores as I get to them. Six-Sided Die Mug
Small mug in the shape of a D6. Available in the new Glazed Ceramic material so it's food safe!

Abrams tank I modeled as an example for my Intro to Maya class. The turret turns freely 360 degrees.


Theobromine Necklace
One of my favorite molecules, Theobromine (From Theobroma - food of the gods) is one of the best known components of chocolate. Available in two necklace sizes as well as a pair of earrings.


Chess Die (Single)
Six sided die with outlines of chess pieces imprinted on the sides. Small, single version of the full color pair.


Chess Die (Pair)
Pair of six sided dice with outlines of chess pieces imprinted on the sides. Full color comes in black on white and white on black. Not currently on sale since I'm not sure how well it will print yet. I'll activated this when I've had a chance to order it and see for myself.


Static Gear Die Bundle (Resized)
Four, six, eight, ten, twelve, and twenty sided dice with gears surrounding each number. The gears do not move. The sizes have been adjusted so that they match each other better than for the individually sold dice. The larger dice have been reduced and the six sided has been increased. These are no longer available in metal due to concerns over wall thickness.

Stress Symbol Stickers
Stress is a fact of life. We all have to deal with it. Some of us have more than we can handle. Here's a sign so people know you've got all you can take and maybe they should give you a break.

D6 Earrings
Pair of earrings made from a couple hollow, six sided dice.


D20 Necklace
Know someone who's a 20? Keep a little (1.5 cm by 1 cm) photo of them inside this 20 sided die necklace. Comes in two parts. Pass your chord through the hole in the top half, through the loop inside the bottom half, and back out through the hole again. The loop is attached to a platform where you can glue picture.


Round Die (Fixed)
Round six sided die. This one has a ball inside to help it land on one of the numbers.


Celtic Die
Six sided die covered in Celtic knots and symbols.


Circle Die
Six sided die made of circular faces. The numbers are represented by how many pieces the indented circles on the faces are broken up into.


Tilted Frame Die
Six sided die. Or, at least, it would be if the frames that make up each side hadn't been twisted by 15 degrees.


Element Die
Six Sided die with the numbers represented by the first six elements on the periodic table, Hydrogen, Helium, Lithium, Beryllium, Boron, and Carbon. Also includes shell diagrams for each element.


Round Die
Round six sided die. I honestly don't see any way to use this as a real die, since it doesn't have any flat faces to land on, but it looks interesting.


Ball Die
Six sided die with the numbers set in a spherical cage.


Static Gear Die (D6)
Another die made with a gear for each face and the number inside that gear. In this one the gears are attached to each other by intersecting teeth and they cannot move, but it still looks cool if you ask me.


Gear Die
Six sided die with each side made from a gear with a number sitting in the middle. Each gear is attached to an axis inside the die. Recently added diagonal sticks to discourage it from landing on a corner.


Spiral Die
Six sided die with inset, spiraling squares for the dots.


Broken Die
Six sided die with the sides broken loose and bent away from the original cube shape.


Interlocked Die
Six sided die where each side is a separate piece that interlocks with adjacent sides. Available in two sizes.

Cthulhu Fhtagn Pendant
Pendant with "Cthulhu fhtagn" printed on the front and gripped from behind by a tentacled creature. "Cthulhu fhtagn", in case you weren't aware, means "Cthulhu dreams" or "Cthulhu waits" and is a shortened version of a phrase spoken by members of the ancient alien god's cult.

Triple Helix
I enjoyed the results of my DNA model so much that I had to see what a triple helix would be like. The exterior base pieces fade from red at the bottom to yellow at the top. The rainbow is completed as the interior cross bars fade from green at the top to purple at the bottom. Available in three sizes.

Infinity symbol. Use it in your own custom jewelry. Available in two sizes.


Flower Loops
A small flower made of interlaced wire loops. For use in your own custom jewelry. Available in sizes for earrings and pendants.

Cthulhu Yin-Yang
A pair of Cthulhu heads attempting to recreate the Yin-Yang symbol. I think they're having a little trouble keeping their tentacles where they belong, though.

Beetle
I made a VW Beetle as an example for my students then decided to make a toy out of it. The wheels stuck in my print, but I put it in the freezer for a while and gave them a good wiggle or two they came free and now roll beautifully.

HeartBox Lockets
Based on the locket from The Illusionist, this turns into a heart if you twist the bottom half all the way around and allows you to swing the top open to reveal a small cavity inside. Some assembly required. Comes blank, decorated with spiders, roses, bees, or Celtic knots.


Drudgeon
Yes. If there were such a thing as a drudgeon, that is what we would be to them. For all the unappreciated IT people out there. The back is stained from people resting coffee mugs while you work.

Another Klein bottle. this time the surface is full of holes so you can see inside. Comes in two sizes.


Flat Helix
It may look like a zig-zag from the front, but with the zigs and zags going in and out of the surface it's really more of a flattened helix. Could make a great pendant or even a key-chain.

WW1 Fokker airplane I made as an example for my class. Propeller and wheels should turn.


Pocket Reaper
Is that a Reaper in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me? Wee little reaper to slip into your shirt pocket.


Klein Bottle
Tiny little Klein bottle. Wear it, stick it on a shelf, or fill it with water. Probably shouldn't try to drink from it, though. Comes in two sizes.

Random important Geology terms, right where you can see them. If you wear this to a real test and get kicked out, I will sit here with my share of your money and laugh!

Triangle Loops
Interlocking loops form a triangular pendant for your own custom jewelry.


Geometry Die
Six sided die with geometric figures of made of different numbers of sides representing the numbers. A circle for the one side and a hexagon for the six. It's hard to find a two sided polygon, so a pair of arcs joined at their endpoints seemed like the best solution.


Rock Paper Scissors Dice
Two dice with rock, paper, and scissors hand gestures on the sides. Take all the tactics out of the game next time and replace it entirely with random chance.

Pair of yellow and green (if you order Full Color Sandstone) six-sided dice with palm trees on the One faces. Just a little pun that I thought needed to be made.

There are 10 kinds of people in the world: those who know binary and those who don't. Six sided die with the numbers converted to binary.


Mobius 1-Sided Die
Novelty 1-sided die. It's a mobius strip with a couple 1's embossed on it. I can't think of any real use for it, but - hey - you know it would be fun to add this one to your collection!
