**For years I've struggled with "My Mind" in regards to exercise and fitness. I've recently overcome that stumbling block and am moving forward with my new wellness and total life transformation.
Now I haven't been over weight or totally inactive, but I have definitely avoided lifting weights and running like "The Plague"!
