No Money Down: Hype or Reality?
While it is absolutely true that you can buy real estate with "No Money Down," it is important to remember that just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you should.
Many real estate investors have paid the price for buying "no money down" and the price is much higher than zero.
Don't buy any property soley because you can buy it without a down payment.
Carleton Sheets (often misspelled as Carlton Sheets)
The truth about the late night infomercial guy
I do think the course is worth while for anyone looking to buy their own home but using it as the basis of building an investment portfolio is extremely dangerous.
Please, if you plan to buy the course, do not buy it new! You can pick up used copies on Ebay for significantly less money and it is the same information.
You may not be able to buy the property "no money down" but the course does give tips that will help you reduce your costs just the same. And if you can snag a copy on Ebay for $50, you will get your money's worth out of it. That would be my max bid though.
As I pointed out above, Carleton's name is often misspelled. Use that to your advantage and try this Free Ebay Misspelling Tool to locate the cheapest copy.
