Nokia 900 Review
IT PRO
Score: 86%
Review Summary: All round excellent phone. Fantastic range of included apps including maps, email, weather and Facebook. Camera is of excellent quality. Downside is that the keyboard is a bit chunkier than could be hoped for, but its usefulness and responsiveness mostly makes up for it.
The Inquirer
Score: 89.9%
Review Summary: Lots of processor power, storage and potential for "above-and-beyond the call of duty" uses and features. Downside is that the touch-screen only accepts one input at a time, although this makes the phone considerably easier to use compared to the multi-touch screens. Good market for selling once used as there are a lot of die-hard Nokia Cell Phones fans
MobileChoiceUK
Score: 92%
Review Summary: Can't be labeled merely as a cell phone as with all the power, flexibility and functionality this is essentially a mini-computer. Very powerful, allows you to browse the web, listen out for emails and use the included satnav software simultaneously. Downside is that the battery only lasts a couple of days before needing a recharge.
Overall, the Nokia 900 is a very popular piece of kit, and you're bound to love it :)

Nokia N900 Maemo
Maemo 5 allows for multitasking, a very useful feature. It allows you to, for example, browse the web while also listening out for new emails or messages. It allows you to pause a movie you're watching to make a call, then seamlessly pick up from where you left off. Multitasking to this level is very rare in itself, but to have it work so easily and flawlessly is almost unique to the Nokia 900.
For more advanced users, it's also possible to install a version of MeeGo, which is Nokia's most recent take on a portable operating system. This is not officially supported by Nokia though and is only of interest to the most advanced users and developers as Maemo 5 handles everything the average user could want to use.

All of these additional applications come at no cost as they are built and maintained by a community of volunteers.

Opera 10
Web Browser
The web browser bundled with the Nokia N900 is perfectly adequate and quite fast - but Opera is faster! Opera for the Nokia N900 makes the very most of whatever internet connection you currently have to hand, whether it's WiFi or a mobile broadband connection. Opera makes browsers for a whole variety of platforms, including desktops. On each of them, it is ridiculously fast and renders web pages absolutely beautifully. If you browse the web a lot, I wholeheartedly recommend the use of Opera on the N900.
Evil Alarm
Alarm Clock
Anyone who has ever used their cell phone as an alarm clock will know that it's often not as effective as you like. Due to it's mobile nature, it's easy to quickly grab it to turn it off or even throw it somewhere quiet. Many cell phones even have a time limit on their alars, so that it might beep for a minute or so and then shut off; if you're a heavy sleeper (like me) this isn't always enough time for me to register that the alarm has even gone off. Enter Evil Alarm. With Evil Alarm, you set when you want the alarm to go off for and for how long. 7AM for 10 minutes, for example. At 7AM Evil Alarm will get to work waking you up with it's loud alarm. It'll then continue for 10 minutes, no matter what you do - you can't just turn this alarm off and go back to sleep. Brilliant, well recommended for people who rely on their cell for their alarm clock.

- Great Lense, useful info, I really like that Evil Alarm. As far as phones go,
I love my Droid! It is WAY better then the iPhone, trust me I've had both!
The best part is, I got mine for Free for testing it out and giving a testimonial.
Last I checked, they still had some available.
