Nordine Zouareg, the author of "mind over body", who decorated the title of Mr. France, Mr. Europe, Mr. World and Mr. Universe , all in the same year, was an unhealthy child when his family relocated from Algeria to France. His passionate pursuit of body building helped him overcome his fragile system to become an internationally certified Professional Fitness coach at the Miraval Life in Balance Spa in Arizona.
