I Don't Want To Lose Weight. At Least Not With Pills Or Over Exercizing. I want to know every possible option and then make my own plan. Starting now, I am going to uncover every choice out there. Leave no stone unturned and then come up with a plan to lose weight and keep it off without feeling like I am suffering.

I want to lose 40 pounds by summer and I am coming up with a plan that so far is working. I have made a few choices that are making a difference. So far, I have lost 7 pounds by just doing the "water trick" and switching out my vegetable oil for extra virgin olive oil. And, I gave up white bread for wheat bread. Simple changes but together with my new snack, the cookie, from the cookie diet, I am seeing results. I hope my weight loss will continue.
