Hi Everybody,

My publisher (Simon and Schuster) said that when "Nothing Down for Women" came out, everyone would be saying that I'm the "Suze Orman" of real estate.  It's a nice compliment, but I think it goes too far.  Suze spent her whole life studying various aspects of finance.  I'm just an ordinary woman who lost her job and then found real estate investing could be even better than any regular job I could ever find.

"Nothing Down for Women" went to #1 on Amazon.com's Business Books list on January 17, so I'm pretty excited!  Maybe YOU are one of the readers!

I'm probably not the world's foremost expert on real estate, but I'm definitely THE expert on how to get started the same way I did!

I spend every morning looking for news that would make a difference to real estate, and I thought my students would like to see what I found.  I started emailing them, and they really enjoyed it.

Now, with this cool Squidoo lens, I've found out I can bring the news right here and then give you my comments on what that news means.  Even if you're just a beginner, you may enjoy seeing what all the real experts are predicitng.  You'll also notice that NOBODY AGREES WITH ANYBODY ELSE!

Anyway, I hope you get some use out of this lens.. it's real fun for me to share with you!

Love, KNB (Karen Nelson Bell, but I like the nickname "KNB")
