- Good information.. I have found that eating complex carbs, but always at separate meals from protein and fat, and eating fruit all alone works for me

- I am currently almost no carb. Why? Because candida is messing with my skin and everything else. While I am on medicine, I can't get any carbs because they feed the candida.
I am doing fine.
Although I find I do better in everyway when most of my carbs are fruits and vegetables and I don't eat any grains or anything besides veggies with protein and/or fat AND eat fruit on an empty stomach.
