- I bought it and I was told to take one pill 30 mins before a carb meal, is this correct? I can't find the instructions anywhere! The bottle doesn't really say either

- For best results, take 1 tablet at the beginning of a "high-carb" meal. It doesn't have to be 30 minutes before.

- For maximum effect, it's best to take Carb Blocker 2 at the beginning of a meal containing carbohydrates. It must be present in the intestine at the same time as the carbohydrates for it to work.
