One thing to remember... our products are designed to appeal to people who are trying to make money online.

I don't think OBA should be a "Membership Site".
I think OBA should be a vendor for your online business. You have a business. You sell ebooks, software, and other digital products. You also sub-lease advertising spaces that appear in the back offices of your customers. OBA provides those products, a variety of associated sales tools, and an extremely valuable training and support venue.
There are lots of "Membership Sites" out there. Do we really need another one?

OBA was designed to help people achieve their financial goals in a business
of their own which can be operated from any location using a computer and
the Internet.

...there are givers and takers, winners and losers. OBA is designed to be a place where givers become winners and takers become losers.
Important Questions and Answers About OBA
I get that question occasionally, and I'd like to answer it once and for all.

Yes OBA Really Works!
If you're wondering whether or not OBA works, you're wasting your time.
It's been proven again and again that OBA works exactly as it's designed to work.
In fact, it's being proven again and again every day!
Each and every day, the following things happen again and again...

Can ANYONE succeed as an OBA
YES.
So the question is not whether or not OBA works. The question is whether or not YOU are willing to learn about OBA, put forth the effort to succeed, and earn YOUR success with OBA.

"The Big Lie"
The Internet is awash with websites that promise easy wealth with little or no effort. Those websites do exactly what they're designed to do... they make money for the people who own them.

So how is OBA different?
OBA is a legitimate business. It's not some get-rich-quick scam. It's not some "HOT NEW DEAL". It's not one of those phony "biz-opps" designed to clean out your bank account and then disappear.
OBA doesn't promise "instant easy wealth". OBA provides an opportunity for people to have their own business that they can operate on the Internet.
A person can achieve success with OBA, but "ONLY IF" he or she is willing to learn about OBA and do the work necessary to build a successful business.
Could you expect anything else from a legitimate business?
------------------------------------------------------
What does OBA do exactly?
OBA provides the products, websites, hosting, technological platform, support, and training that are required to conduct a business online.
------------------------------------------------------
How do people make money with OBA??
The ONLY way to make money with OBA is through the sale and leasing of OBA products to direct customers and referral customers.

Direct customers are those people who purchase or lease a product from you as a result of your own advertising.
Referral customers are those people who purchase or lease a product from you as a result of them being referred to you by one of your other customers.
Who sells the products and how are the products sold?
People who sell OBA products are called "Affiliates". They typically advertise OBA products on the Internet, although some Affiliates also employ offline advertising techniques to sell OBA products.

Is OBA "Mutli-Level Marketing" (MLM)?
OBA Affiliates sell informational products (such as ebooks and instructional videos) and software programs. These "digital products" are ideal for an Internet business because they are created on demand and can be delivered anywhere in the world instantly and without additional delivery costs.
The savings result in lower costs for the customer and higher profits for OBA Affiliates.

How much does an OBA Affiliate earn on product sales?
OBA Affiliates own the products they sell. Therefore, they keep 100% of the sale price of the products they sell and their customers pay them directly.
OBA Affiliates have an unlimited supply of products. Therefore they never have to purchase more inventory. If they sell two products or two thousand, they never have to spend money for more products.
------------------------------------------------------
Is OBA "Mutli-Level Marketing" (MLM)? ?
No.
In all Multi-Level Marketing businesses, a number of people (called "upline") earn commissions on the sales of people "below" them (called "downline") in a hierarchy. The amount of commission each person receives is based on that person's position in the hierarchy.
OBA is exactly the opposite. All OBA Affiliates are paid for their own sales and keep 100% of the sale price of whatever products they sell. There are no commissions paid to anyone else.
------------------------------------------------------
Is there a demand for OBA products?
Yes.
Thousands of people have purchased OBA products, and people continue to buy OBA products literally every hour of every day. Some of our products are only available through OBA Affiliates.
How much does it cost to become an OBA Affiliate?
The OBA Affiliate Program is included at no extra cost with every OBA product sold. Presently OBA products cost $5. We will soon have an additional selection of products that will sell for $17.
That means... when someone buys a $5 ebook from an OBA Affiliate's website, the Affiliate earns $5 and the customer receives the ebook he or she purchased, PLUS an unlimited supply of products that can be sold using websites hosted by OBA, and keep 100% of the sales price of products sold.

That sounds good, but how much can a person earn selling $5 products?
Not very much.
That's why many OBA Affiliates choose to expand their business (and their income) by taking advantage of the OBA AdSpace Leasing Program.
The AdSpace Leasing Program is unique to OBA and allows OBA Affiliates to offer their existing customers additional products.
The AdSpace Leasing Program allows OBA Affiliates to lease advertising space that is displayed in the back office of each of his or her customers, and then sub-lease that space to those customers at a profit.
How much does it cost to lease an AdSpace?

How much money can an OBA Affiliate earn with an AdSpace?
If you lease an AdSpace, your AdSpace will then be displayed in the back offices of all of your OBA customers, and you can earn money by sub-leasing that AdSpace to any of your OBA customers who would like to lease an AdSpace.
It works like this:
To lease the first AdSpace, you would pay a one-time fee of $30 and the first one of your customers who decides to lease an AdSpace from you would lease the AdSpace from the same person that you leased it from.

Adspace Cont'd
That's fine. The AdSpace Lease Program is provided as an optional way for OBA Affiliates to earn more profits by providing their existing customers with additional products.
If one of your customers chooses not to lease the AdSpace, then your AdSpace will be displayed in the back offices of each of his OBA customers, and any of those people who decide to lease the AdSpace will lease it from you.

If I lease an AdSpace, can I advertise something there?
Yes. But each AdSpace is restricted to advertising only one specific program.
If you decide to join that program from the link in that AdSpace, you may then replace that link with your Affiliate link to that program and your AdSpace Lease customers (the ones who decide to join that program) will join from your Affiliate link.
This provides your business (and you) with an additional income source.
Why can't I advertise one of my other programs in an AdSpace?
Each AdSpace is programmed to accept the Affiliate link from only one program. No other program's link would work.

Is there any limit to the income I can create as an OBA Affiliate?

What do you mean by an income that
"grows AUTOMATICALLY"?
When an OBA Affiliate leases an AdSpace, a situation is created where that AdSpace will generate an income automatically (without any additional time, energy, effort, or expense) as the Affiliate continues to advertise his or her Sales Pages and people purchase OBA products.
Example: As an OBA Affiliate, you would advertise your Sales Pages. Some people will purchase OBA products from your Sales Pages. Those people are your customers.
Some of your customers will decide to lease an AdSpace. When that happens, you'll make money automatically (without any additional time, energy, effort, or expense on your part).

Is that REALLY possible?
Yes. It's happening right now and it happens every day.
This is not a theory. This is a business model that's paying OBA Affiliates every day.
The elusive promise of "automatic income" has become a reality with the OBA AdSpace Leasing program.
Every day OBA Affiliates receive money that they never expected and did nothing to earn... except for advertising their Sales Pages so that people could purchase OBA products.

Is it REALLY that simple?
Is it REALLY that simple?
Yes. It's really that simple.
Understanding OBA as a business
Do You OWN Your OBA Business?
I have a very good friend who wanted to own her own business - she chose a McDonald's franchise. I had the pleasure of working side-by-side with this great lady as she began her career as a McDonald's Restaraunt Owner.
Let's compare a few things:Donna purchased franchise rights from McDonald Corporation. She purchased land and had a restaraunt built to McDonald's specifications.
You purchased a digital product (ebook) from OBA's soon-to-be digital library. You obtained free web hosting to host your sales page. Your sales page was built according to Dave's specifications.
Comparison - Both businesses began pretty much the same way. Something was purchased, resale rights were given, and you became a representative of a larger business.
McDonald's provided Donna with a business plan, products to sell, and support from the McDonald's Corporation.
OBA (Dave) provided you with a business plan, products to sell, and support from the CEO and every other OBA affiliate who wishes to participate in the OBC.
Comparison: Both companies provided a business plan, a product, and support.
McDonald's gives franchise owners choices about whether or not they wish to provide specialty sandwiches on the menu. McDonald's does have some stipulations that are in place to protect McDonald's Corporation and individual franchise owners. Donna chooses how she runs her business - she chooses her managers, she chooses her hours of operation, and she chooses her employees.
OBA gives affiliates choices about which products they wish to sell - you choose whether you want to only sell digital products or if you also wish to participate in building a business that earns you recurring monthly income. OBA has rules and stipulations in place in order to protect OBA and individual OBA affiliates. You choose how much time you want to dedicate to your business, how you want to advertise your business, and how far you want to take your business.
Do You OWN Your OBA Business?
McDonald's Corporation earned a one-time franchise fee and earns a recurring, monthly income.
Dave earns a one-time admin fee when someone leases an Adspace and a recurring monthly income from the programs.
Comparison: Both business plans work the same.
Should McDonald's Corporation make money by offering people a chance to own their own businesses? Sure - or there would be no McDonald's Corporation.
Should the CEO of OBA make money by offering people a chance to own their own businesses? Sure - or there would be no OBA.
Does Donna own her own business? You better believe she does! (now 4 total)
Do you own your own OBA business? You better believe you do! And, you have the option of making your business just what you want it to be!
So, the next time someone tells you that you really don't own your own business, you know better!!
"Downline" vs. TEAM of Independent Partners
"OBA Terminology"

It appears that this is the aspect that most of us (coming to "OBA" with the experience of memberships in various online "income opportunities") seem to be a bit unaccustomed to. We are used to joining a "program" and expecting to get a complete "service" with it.
How many programs have you joined that said, "Just sit back and relax! We'll do all the work for you!"? That statement is always followed by a pay button to join the program, so you pay your money and then expect the "full service".
"OBA"is different. When you purchase an ebook, you are just a customer - no one "owes" you anything that you didn't already get.
When you decide to start reselling this ebook you become an independent reseller, or an independent Affiliate, reselling Dave Gray's informational products.
You are an "INDEPENDENT" reseller! "YOU" are in CHARGE of YOUR own reselling business! So you better be doing something if you want to earn something!
Again, no one "owes" you anything! EVERYTHING that you find in our Back Office and here in the OBC is pure generosity and good will on the part of Dave and each of our fellow Affiliates who share their own resources, time, money, effort, talents!
What you get when you simply purchase one ebook is mind-boggling... BUT no one is going to "do all the work for you" while you sit back and relax!
Another thing is that although structurally we have "downlines" with "levels" and "sponsors" and "referrals", but that's just the structure.
The nature of our business relationships in OBA is - equal independent Affiliates and Partners working together to achieve a common goal.
Our OBA partners are NOT "downline members" dependent on their sponsor in ANY way, they are ALL INDEPENDENT Affiliate
"Downline" vs. TEAM of Independent Partners
No one needs to beat themselves up if someone in their "downline" has become "inactive" or turned into a "sleeper" - there are NO "sleepers" in this business! WRONG concept, WRONG terminology, DIFFERENT business!! If someone is not reselling the ebook he bought - SO WHAT?! Are YOU going to beat yourself up about it?? Following Cindy's great comparison, if you own a McDonalds franchise and someone buys a lunch from you but does not necessarily get inspired to start his own McDonalds restaurant - what's that to YOU?! You are minding YOUR business! So... if someone has purchased an ebook from you but does not go on to lease the AdSpace - so what? He is an independent person, a customer who purchased an ebook. "Thank you for your purchase, if I can be of any help please don't hesitate to let me know", and on you go to work YOUR business and sell more ebooks without pulling out your hair trying to convince that person about anything!
If someone does show interest in taking their business a step further and start reselling ebooks or lease AdSpace, that's great! Of course, as a wise and forward-looking business owner you realize that the success of your business is inter-connected with the success of your business partners, and you would do whatever you possibly can to help them in any way you can as much as you can as often as you can. That's how independent like-minded partners work together, and that also suggests an equal desire of your partners to help YOU! That's true TEAMWORK!
"Downline" vs. TEAM of Independent Partners
On the other hand, "sponsors" themselves need to switch to the same "TEAM of Independent Partners" mentality and stop expecting from their "downline members" (not!) what they shouldn't be expecting from independent people running their own businesses. I wouldn't be expecing to have to "spoon-feed" an independent partner and business owner or try to "wake him up" and "shake" him into doing his own business! As a business partner and a friend I would certainly inquire if he needs any help and offer my assistance - that's what friends and partners do - but with all partnership and friendship combined, each person is still supposed to actually work his or her own business!
"Downline" vs. TEAM of Independent Partners
We need to realize the enormous VALUE of our business and our products, the correct category and SCALE of our business and all its elements, and this will determine our own inner attitude to what we are doing with this business. As soon as we set our inner "posture" correctly, the visitors and potential customers will sense this and will realize that there is "something" about OBA that they haven't sensed about any other "program" out there. The attraction is not in flashy graphics or the amount of exclamation marks in an ad, the attraction should come from within you, be it genuine excitement or gratitude or pride in your business, or just a calm confidence that OBA will change so many lives through you just like it has changed yours!
