11th Annual Trick or Treat Festival-Sunday, October 26 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Includes
*FREE TRICK OR TREATING 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. First 500 kids in costume receive FREE gift. Also free face painting and balloons.
*9th Annual Hearse Procession thru Costa Mesa -10 a.m. followed by all day hearse show hosted by Count Smokula, the Rockabilly Vampire Accordionist. Vote for your favorite hearse and receive FREE popcorn.
*"Farmer" Mike carves the Presidential Candidates' Pumpkinheads and other works of art into GIANT PUMPKINS- All Day: Vote in the Mock Election 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and receive commemorative sticker
*Radio personality Dr. Demento presents Festival of Dementia Shows at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. including autograph sessions and Dr. Demento memorabilia giveaways at each show.
*Freak Show Deluxe carnival side shows including bed of nails, fire eating, ladder of machetes and more at 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
*Mitchell Marionettes FREAKY FOLLIES Puppet Show 10:30 a.m., Noon and 2 p.m.
Also: Vampire Poets, Blood Drive to support local hospitals, Count Miniscula, Tall Witches, Scream Test and other spooky surprises.
ALL FREE with Swap Meet Admission. Kids 12 and under FREE.
