We all experience the ups and downs of emotions and the positive and negative energies of life. Sometimes we can feel like the whole world is against us or that nothing ever turns out right. These feelings and thoughts are all facilitaed by energy that is being directed in a negative way.
We control the energy that surrounds us and that energy is us. The energy itself is not actually positive or negative but rather it is how we choose to focus and direct this energy that leads to positive and negative outcomes. This true pure base energy is the very fabric of our true nature and everything that we know and experience is a direct result of how we choose to manipulate that energy on both conscious and subconscious levels.
