It is not what President Obama says, but how he says it.
"The Economy has Step back from the Brink."
Take an honest look at what President Obama has said, without the music:
Sonia Sotomayor has a great American personal story. However, not quite as great as Clarence Thomas.
Again let us examined what Barack Obama had to say about Justice Clarence Thomas without the music.
"I would not have nominated Clarence Thomas," said the presumptive Democratic nominee. "I don't think that . . . " the crowd interrupted with applause. "I don't think that he was a strong enough jurist or legal thinker at the time for that elevation. Setting aside the fact that I profoundly disagree with his interpretations of a lot of the constitution. I would not have nominated Justice Scalia though I don't think there is any doubt about his intellectual brilliance. Because he and I just disagree." - Barack Obama with Rick Warren.
Now to the Presidents weekly radio and Internet address on May 30, 2009 without the music concerning Sonia Sotomayor's nomination to the Supreme Court.
"What I hope is that we can avoid the political posturing and ideological brinksmanship that has bogged down this process, and Congress, in the past."
"Some in Washington who are attempting to draw old battle lines and playing the usual political games, pulling a few comments out of context to paint a distorted picture of Judge Sotomayor's record."
"But I am confident that these efforts will fail," Obama added, "because Judge Sotomayor's 17-year record on the bench - hundreds of judicial decisions that every American can read for him or herself - speak far louder than any attack; her record makes clear that she is fair, unbiased and dedicated to the rule of law."
The facts are clear, Sonia Sotomayor would not even qualify for jury duty based on her prejudice comments. President Barack Obama said it is "political games, pulling a few comments out of context to paint a distorted picture of Judge Sotomayor's record."
1. Mr. President was it political games you were playing when you talked about Justice Scalia, and Justice Clarence Thomas?
2. Mr. President, was it political games you were playing when you said the following?
"Second is recognition of the limits of the judicial role, an understanding that a judge's job is to interpret, not make law, to approach decisions without any particular ideology or agenda, but rather a commitment to impartial justice . . . ." Nevertheless, why do we have Sotomayer who is on tape saying judges make policy, among other things?
"I can no more disown him than I can disown the black community." In reference to Rev. Wright 42 days before you disowned him?
What about your speech to congress, February 24, 2009?
". . . . not because I believe in bigger government - I don't - not because I'm not mindful of the massive debt we've inherited - I am."
Mr. President, do you have a line item veto or not?
"My administration has also begun to go line by line through the federal budget in order to eliminate wasteful and ineffective programs."
Mr. President I need to remind you that about your first job.
"My immediate task is making sure that the second half of that money, $350 billion, is spent properly. That's my first job." Press conference February 9, 2009, talking about TARP money.
Please explain the Hannity Waste 101.

Don't forget, President Obama's promise of rescuing a shelter dog to become the First Dog.
