The incidents happened on January 9th, February 21st, and March 14th of this year.

State Department Failure
Why Did it Take Almost 3 Months?
The fact that his private records were accessed from within the State Department is shocking enough, but the fact that the records were accessed three different times, the security breach was hidden from the public, AND Barack Obama himself wasn't told until today (70 days later) is just outrageous.
The State Department claims there was no political motivation for the passport records breach, but how exactly do they know that? Did they waterboard the employees to find out?
