Start earning your GED Credential TODAY!
Without a high school diploma, many doors are closed. Employers aren't interested in hiring non-graduates and even if they do, an entry-level position (with its related low pay) is as much as the "drop-out" can ever expect.
And while few people mention it, not having a high school diploma can often be a "deal-breaker" in a budding relationship. Few people are looking for a mate who possesses little earning power, little interest in finishing his or her education, and who, ultimately, will provide a poor educational example to the children.
When individuals decide to begin pursuing the GED (trademarked) Credential, it is a boost to their self-esteem and they know that they are on the road to a better future.
3 things you should know about Obtaining a GED Credential
Anybody who says anything different is either uninformed or just plain ignorant! (And you can tell them that I said so!) Forty percent of high school graduates can NOT pass the GED! That means that if 400 students were in your local high school graduation, 160 of those students could not pass the GED exam.
2. The GED Diploma is the REAL DEAL!
The American Council on Education, develops, delivers and authenticates the GED Test in order for it to be a valid credential. The GED test was developed in 1942 (specifically to accommodate soldiers) during World War II and five years later it was first introduced to the general population. By 1974 it was available throughout the US. Today it is widely accepted at colleges and workplaces as being equal to or exceeding the high school diploma.
Getting a diploma online is NOT the same as taking the GED exam and the credential you receive is NOT as valid.
3. The GED Test is available in all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories, Canada and internationally.
In addition to English-Language, it is also available in Canadian English-Language, Spanish-Language and French-Language.

You can't order it, purchase it or send for it. You have to WORK for it!

Sound off!
There is no better "alternative" high school diploma available to students! It has been around for decades and as a trademarked and proven credential, the general public understands its value. While only 25% of high school students couldn't pass the test when it was first used, today, 40% of high school graduates are unable to pass this test. This speaks volumes to the validity of the exam and those who earn their diplomas today can be rightly proud.
One would be hard-pressed to find a post-secondary educational institution or training program which would not accept a candidate because he or she had a GED diploma instead of a traditional high school diploma.
How valuable is the GED Credential?

It is a worthless piece of paper.
It opens doors to a better future.
