Old Smokey Electric Smoker - There is No Competition

The Redi-Smok is unlike most smokers because it uses electricity. It uses a sealed lid to keep juices in so you don't need to add any liquids and the meat will still remain moist and delicious. It has two cooking racks, it's fire proof, has heat resistant handles, and an adjustable heat control so you can cook more than one type of meat or even vegetables.

And because the temperature control is adjustable you can grill, roast or even slow smoke a variety of foods. Plus, there's no need for a lot of fuel or wood chips, which makes it very economical. The unit uses 1250 watts of voltage and can get as high as 400 degrees. Meats can be smoked easily in about 4 ½ hours for a slab of ribs or a ten pound pork roast.

Old Smokey Electric Smoker - Is There Any Other Way?

There is a rack for wood chips and it only takes about a handful to create great smoked and juicy meat. There is a drip pan, which makes clean up very simple and it has a top load design, which allows the meat to baste.

Yet the best part about owning an Old Smokey Electric Smoker is the price and it's consider to be one of the least expensive smokers on the market today. It can be purchased for around $150, which means even if you're on a budget you won't have to spend a lot of money for great smoked food. What better way is there to a great smoked turkey, just in time for the holidays?
