I started researching Omega 3 from Fish Oil when I found out my son most likely has ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder). I was relieved to find there is a promising alternative to medication as numerous studies have shown that children with ADHD and ADD who have taken fish oil supplements have shown significant improvements with learning, calmness, focus, writing and academics.
My son and my whole family is now taking fish oil supplements and we are all benefiting from it. We are all much happier!
