OnLive Gaming System

Ranked #19,800 in Hobbies, Games & Toys, #340,205 overall

What is OnLive?

OnLive is recent and revolutionary gaming-on-demand device, where you can play high definition games in any low or high end computer (PC or Mac), even on an iPad if you wish, this is possible once the games are synchronized, rendered, and stored on remote servers and delivered to you via the Internet.

The OnLive system runs and renders the game for you in their's servers and sends you the rendered content, so the only requirement you need to use OnLive and play any game you want is a good internet connection (3 Mbits/s minimum) and a computer that can play video.

Over 20 publishers, such as Take-Two, Ubisoft, Epic Games, Atari, Codemasters, THQ, Warner Bros., 2D Boy, Eidos Interactive, and others have already partnered with OnLive and you can find their games there.

Among many OnLive games you can find titles like: Duke Nukem Forever, Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction, Borderlands, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, F.E.A.R. 2, Just Cause 2 and many others.

Feedback:

I personally got a bit fascinated with OnLive (reason why I though about sharing it), I'd like to know what you think about it, if it is a good option to the classic ones or not, if you are thinking about trying it and basically anything that is in your mind about this.
Will this be the future of gaming, the best console ever made or just a dead end in the gaming world?
