Tech Savvy & Talent = Win
Five or ten years ago, if someone had asked me what a "one person band" was, I probably would have imagined one of those guys playing guitar and harmonica with a bass drum strapped to his back with lines down his legs to pound it and to trigger a high hat symbol on it as he walked. That's not what I'm thinking of here.
Instead I'm going to share some amazing music by Molly Lewis and Zoe Keating, two musicians who create worlds of music by themselves with the help of technology. It's more impressive than that may sound, but you'll see soon enough.

Which do you prefer?
a 1 person band or an actual band?

1 person with the skill to create everything is amazing.

I like seeing the magical interplay between band members.
Zoe Keating describes how she creates her music
She's an avant garde cellist who builds layers of sound using a cello, computer, and some pedals in real time. The music is beautiful and the process is fascinating.

Molly Lewis performs Lady GaGa's "Poker Face"
Silly and awesome!
As you can see, she performs all the parts. And makes me grin. Well, you can't see me, but she does and that rocks. :D

More solo artist than 1 person band with these tracks, but they're fun and catchy.
Do you know of any other performers who create their whole sound by themselves?
