TinyERP really allows you to keep track of everything business related - customers, suppliers, contractors, employees, products, productions, projects, tasks, sales, whatever.

I really started to appreciate the idea of ERP with this software. For the first time I had everything (but my email :-( in one place.

Everything could be seen by the right people, I could control projects, shippings, support from one place, and I could seamlessly start to bill a project task out of an active support event and it would later show up in a monthly bill to that customer, and all of it is perfectly documented.

And now I start to use the integration with VirtueMart, the Joomla ecommerce solution. I will be able to export TinyERP products to VirtueMart, and to import the orders from VirtueMart into TinyERP. Really Great!

And now that the web module arrived I can see that it is just another TinyERP client - and all the modifications and additions we made to Tiny will all show up in the web client, so I can now connect my external employees more easily, and even use TinyERP while traveling, from every internet cafe.

so some learning is definitely required.

You should use it as is for a few month before you add any modifications. Use only part of it, if you must.

But be prepared for the learning curve.
After you learned you will reap high profits from this.
