Todos sobre el software middleware de Oracle.

Oracle Applications Server

Ahora que por medio de adquisiciones e investigacion Oracle ha construido un impresionante stack de middleware, este lente permitirá describir varios de estos productos tan especializados e interesantes.

No Content portal should be without offering support for improving your skills. I came to American 10 years back as was developer using C, C , PL/SQL. Money was ok. I kept jumping from one company to another but my salary never went up in relation to my knowledge and work i performed. Anyways i decided to upgrade my skills to Oracle Architect, Oracle ERP, Oracle RAC, SOA, Fusion middleware. I realized the total cost to learn all this from Oracle is close to 50,000 USD. I was shocked. But i took once course, i was totally disappointed. They were reading books in the class, not showing practical knowledge that will help me make $100/hr, my company were billing folks at $190/hr. Luckily i got attached to friends from Portugal - Who pointed me to FREE videos. They were amazing, saved $50,000 and gtt the same knowledge for $500. Portugues learn for free Join the site membership then. I make $90/hr now. http://www.orabyte.com/eLearning2/index.php?target=pages&page_id=SampleVideos

Thirdly if you end up in Oracle ERP 11i/R12 and Fusion Integration - You will need to know about R12 ERP & RAC: Learn to convert your 11i ERP system to RAC using 9i Database using rapidclone and autoconfig technology. Learn to convert your R12 ERP system to RAC using 10g RAC, rconfig, rapidclone and autoconfig technology. You will install single node R12 instance. Install 10g CRS, ASM instances and create disk groups, install RAC Oracle binaries and companioning disk components, create local and remote listeners, create rconfig XML template and use rconfig to migrate database from single to multiple node RAC architecture. Finally enable apps tiers to use RAC. Apache Load balancing, Jserv load balancing and Parallel Concurrent Processing (PCP). I highly suggest to get that skill 103 under your belt here: http://www.orabyte.com/eLearning2/index.php?target=categories&category_id=185&v=course

Second part of this Fusion path is to know bits and bites of ERP system you want to play with. Peoplesoft, SAP, eBusiness suite (11i/R12) and Siebel are top systems in play. Mostly we use fusion middle ware ERP adapters to expose ERP business functions as Web Services. There is usually patching required to make the integration work. Especially Oracle 11i and R12 being the focal point we need to get that knowledge base under belt. eBusiness Infrastructure requirements and design, scalable architecture, Technology stack components, connection types, application types, Middleware (Application server) details, application file system details. Learn about various installation types in 11i and R12 including Oracle Business Accelerator type install. Technology stack install. Instance management, patching, cloning, tracing concurrent managers, forms, self service and database sessions. SYSADMIN. Oracle fusion requires strong understanding of its building blocks. Oracle ERP 11i and R12, Oracle RAC, Oracle Middleware, SOA Suite. We have seen time over time people not understanding the core principles of the founding technology, before they deep dive into Fusion. RAC Basics concepts of hardware requirements, shared storage - SAN, NAS etc , HBA requirements, interconnects Understanding Oracle Cluster ready services, Operating System Steps for CRS installation, CRS installation, ASM instance and installation, RAC Database Setup, RAC Commands, RAC tuning are 101 basics. Please get that fundamentals right. Otherwise Fusion will create more confusion.
